I bring over 20 years of experience spanning equity research on Wall Street, strategic finance for large publicly traded companies, and FP&A for several hyper-growth, later-stage start-ups.

After business school, I worked on Wall Street covering medical technology companies. In 2010, I moved back to California, where I grew up, and joined McKesson where I had roles in FP&A, competitive analysis and corporate strategy / business development. More recently, I worked in FP&A for some of the leading digital health companies: Included Health, Livongo and Lyra Health.

In 2024, I set up Sea Cloud Consulting to help companies with outsourced FP&A services.

Expertise includes the following:

Finance infrastructure: Led digital transformations with installation of Adaptive and Anaplan (2x), resulting in scalable finance systems and processes (Lyra, Livongo & Included).

Financial modeling & strategic analysis: Leveraged experience in 3-statement models, complex revenue builds, M&A, and competitive analysis to help companies make better strategic & financial decisions.

Annual planning: Led the annual planning process to help companies efficiently allocate resources and achieve financial targets (Lyra, Livongo & Included).

Profitability & cost savings initiatives: Led two cost savings initiatives which reduced run-rate operating expenses by $10M+ and drove execution of $50M in acquisition cost synergies (Lyra, Included and Teladoc, respectively).

Team management: Recruited and led high-performing FP&A teams, by setting objectives, establishing quarterly goals, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
